The campsite package includes from 1 to 3 persons, warm and cold water, 1 vehicle per site and access to the swimming pool. Tourist tax is extra, if necessary, electricity, additional persons, vehicles and animals are also extra. Each site have about 100 sq meters.

The campsite package includes from 1 to 5 persons, warm and cold water, electricity, gas, 1 vehicle per site and access to the swimming pool. Tourist tax is extra.

Mobil-homes are new, its include 1 living room, 2 chambers, 1 equiped kitchen, 1 bathroom, W.-C., and also many storage space.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) BOOKINGS :
All bookings are nominative and can therefore not be given away or subletted.
The contract is valid once the booking is definite which is the case at
reception of the contract with the deposit. The booking is confirmed by return
post. Any delay in payment will be considered as a cancellation by the
customer. In case of a late arrival or an early departure, there will be no
refund. If you wish to extend your stay, following availibilities, the extra
days will have to be paid by the end of your initial holiday. The following
types of payment are accepted: french bank or postal cheques (to the order of
Beausoleil), cash, french “chèques vacances” and credit cards.
2) PAYMENT TERMS:
For rental accommodations:
For bookings done over 30 days prior to arrival, a deposit of 30% must be paid
at the booking. The balance must be paid at the latest 30 days before the
arrival date of the holiday. If the balance has not been paid within this
delay, the booking can be cancelled by Camping Beausoleil without any
further notice; in this case there will be no refund of the deposit.
For camping pitches:
For bookings done over 30 days prior to arrival, a deposit of 30% must be paid
at the booking.
3) CANCELLATIONS:
By the customer: any cancellation must be done in writing and sent by
registred post. If the cancellation is done at least 30 days prior to the
arrival date, the deposit will remain with the campsite. If the cancellation
is done within the 29 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount of the
holiday will remain with the campsite. The booking contract contains a
proposal for a cancellation insurance, please refer to its general conditions
if a contract has been chosen for and if this appears to be necessary.
By Camping Beausoleil: in case of a cancellation done by Camping Beausoleil, all paid amounts will be refunded. No refund for damages can be
claimed wih the campsite in this case. No refunds will be done by Beausoleil
in case of any interrupted or shortened holiday.
4) CANCELLATION INSURANCE (in case a contract was signed):
Prior to your departure or during your holiday, the cancellation warranty will
take charge of the following costs if the booking contract is broken:
- An illness, an accident or death of one of your family members - Pregnancy
complications before the 7th month
- Important damage to your property for which you need to stay at home
- Redundancy - The signature of a fixed work contract
- An accident with or the thefth of your car and/or caravan on your way to the
campsite,
5) HOLIDAY CONDITIONS:
Rental accommodations:
Arrivals: You will be welcomed as of 3PM. When checking in to get your keys,
two deposits will be asked of you: 250 euros (deposit in case of material damage)
and 60euros (deposit for the cleanliness of the rental accommodation). Accepted
deposits: cheque/ cash/passport.
An inventory list will be given to you upon arrival, if you notice any damaged
or missing material please indicate this on the day of your arrival or the
following day before midday at the latest.
Departures: The rental accommodations must be free between 8AM and 11AM and
the keys must be left at reception; after 10AM the campsite has the right to
charge you an extra day for the rent. During the day of your departure
(between 9AM and 11AM) an inventory check-up will be done by the campsite team,
you do have to be present during this inventory.
Any missing or broken pieces will be
charged to you following the tarifs indicated at reception.
When entering the rental accommodations, these are in a clean state (floors,
walls, kitchen, sanitary, dishes, beds, etc...). On the day of departure, you
must leave the rental accommodation in the same clean state as you found it
upon arrival.
Camping pitches: Arrivals take place as of 3PM and pitches must be free at
midday. If you arrive late for your camping pitch or rental accommodation,
this will be held for you for a period of 24 hours for camping pitches and 24
hours for rental accommodations. After this delay and without written
notification by the customer, the booking will be cancelled and no refund will
be done by the campsite.
6) PETS:
For all pets: a health record and collar are obligatory and all pets
must be kept on a leach. At all times, one of the family members must be
present with the pet. No pets can be left alone in the rental acommodations.
The direction has the right to exclude any owner of a pet which behaviour
could be considered as being impeding or dangerous. In this case, no refund
can be claimed. Any damage done by a pet will be charged to its owner or
accompanying adult.
7) AT YOUR ARRIVAL:
A part from the deposit for the rental accommodations , the following
will be asked of you upon arrival:
- An identity card of one of the participant - The balance of your stay for camping
8) INTERNAL RULES:
All persons present on the campsite must respect the internal rules.
The direction has the right to exclude any person not respecting its rules.
The internal rules are displayed at reception and a copy is also available.
9) LIABILITIES OF THE CAMPSITE
The customer agrees that Camping Beausoleil can, under no circumstances,
be held responsible for communication done by its partners or other third
parties concerning false information that could be mentioned in any media
(documentations, website...) and particularly on any photos, (leisure)
activities, services and the periods these are operational. The customer must
be insured during the holiday; Camping Beausoleil declines all
responsibility in case of thefth, fire, bad weather circumstances or any other
incident where the customer is held responsible.
10) DISPUTE
In case of dispute, only the court of Marennes will be proficient.
Any possible claims regarding the non-conformity of the services offered by
the contract must be reported in writing and sent by registred post to Camping Beausoleil.
